Job Vacancy: Account Manager – Milde Marine (Adelaide)


Milde Marine is looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our team based in Adelaide.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and products within the marine industry. 

As part of the RWB Marine group there are also  national opportunities for development over time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow, service, and maintain the revenue base throughout allocated territories in South Australia for the entire 

product range of Milde and RWB marine.

  • Build and develop excellent customer relationships with all allocated customers for long term growth success..
  • Provide exceptional service and support to all existing and potential customers.
  • Develop product range expansion across account base to improve the share of wallet spend with Milde and RWB marine.
  • Travel within South Australia (including some rural areas) to manage designated territory.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record of at least 3-5 years is desired, must be a Hunter.
  • Must demonstrate ability to manage technology and systems with also some Excel capability important.
  • Previous experience in the marine industry or with boating knowledge will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • HSC year 12 or better qualification is preferred

Internal Customer service/sales - Leisure Marine Industry (2 vacancies)

Sydney and Adelaide 

 Full time opportunity 

$60,000 – $70,000 per year
About us:
Our group is a wholesale supplier to the Leisure Marine Industry in Australia and is one of Australia’s largest import wholesale distributors, with over 50 employees 
and offices in Sydney, Adelaide and Queensland. 
We are actively seeking an Internal Customer Service/Sales team member to join the Milde Marine Team in Adelaide and the RWB Marine team in Sydney.
About the role: 
Servicing a large customer base and situated at our Klemzig office (Adelaide) or our Homebush West office (Sydney), the primary objective of this role is to 
process and administer sales orders, provide quotes, provide advice on our product range, and ensure our customers receive the highest level of support and care.
Reporting to the Office Manager your key responsibilities will include:
  • Internal sales to an existing customer base, no cold calling
  • Solve customers’ technical queries, phone, and email mainly.
  • Data entry of customer sales orders
  • Coordination with the warehouse to ensure orders are supplied as required
  • Attending to customer phone calls and queries
 
About you:
 Along with your positive attitude and natural interpersonal skills, you will be able to demonstrate the following key characteristics:
  • Excellent phone manner with highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong history in the Leisure marine industry, preferably with trailer boats.
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability work in a busy office with many priorities
  • Ideally at least Year 11 High school completion or better.
